EMDR INTENSIVE INFO & PRICING
3-Hour Intensive
A 3-hour EMDR Intensive is a dedicated, immersive experience that gives us the opportunity to go deeper than a traditional session allows, without having to stop just as things are opening up.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Opening & Grounding
We’ll begin by settling in, resourcing your nervous system, building safety and connection, and getting clear on what we’re focusing on together by discussing your history.
Processing
Using EMDR, we’ll move through targeted reprocessing of a specific trauma, memory, or stuck point at a pace that feels safe for your system.
Integration & Closing
We’ll gently bring the work to a close, check in with your body, and make sure you’re leaving feeling grounded. We’ll also talk through how to care for yourself in the days that follow.
PRICING:
Initial Appointment $200
Initial appointments require a 60 minute intake assessment, so we can discuss your history, needs, and make a plan for the intensive.
Intensive Sessions $700
Each intensive session is 3 hours long.
Any subsequent intensive - $600
Follow Up Session $175
It is often beneficial to schedule a 60 minute follow up session a few weeks after your intensive to support long-term progress, integration, and next steps.
